RETURNS
Any unused product purchased on the Wholepoint store can be returned to the address provided on the delivery label within 14 days. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price via our card partners Stripe (back to your payment card). No exchanges,credit notes, cheques or cash refunds are possible. No postage costs are refundable.

DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracking for all our Large Letter and Small Parcel orders. Each has a tracking number which Royal Mail email to you. You can then check its progress and a photo is taken when the item is delivered to the destination address.
