Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Address

To exercise the right to a return you must inform us [Wholepoint at [email protected]] of your decision to return the purchase (e.g. an email). You may use the attached sample form, but it is not obligatory.

4. The Withdrawal Deadline

To meet the  purchase return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired (14 days).

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If you return the product un-used and in a new condition we will refund the payment we received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of a faulty product) using the cheapest standard delivery option) immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your  return. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

6. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you received the product. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods. Please obtain proof of postage or have a '48 hour tracking' (Royal Mail) reference.

9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

Your refund is for the cost of the goods purchased, not any future or current value or price.
